Flying Lion Fitness  was started to offer the community of Bozeman and Gallatin Valley the chance to learn dance, pole fitness and aerial yoga in a fun and safe environment. We not only want to give you an amazing fitness, dance and yoga experience, but we want to help you feel empowered, stronger, inspired and part of a shared love of these sports and dance forms.  We believe in creating diversity in the community and holding a safe space for all.

 Our instructors are certified and trained.
