Restorative Workshops

Has your nervous system been running on overdrive?

Our new two-hour workshops are designed to help your nervous system reset. The workshop includes an hour and 15 minutes of restorative aerial yoga and 45 minutes of guided meditation. Restorative aerial yoga is designed to use flowing movement and breath to reduce stress levels and restore balance in the body. The guided meditation work is designed by a clinical mental health therapist who is trained in somatic experiencing. The meditation restores connection with our nervous system and allow ourselves to release tension, anxiety and stress.

Therapeutic Journey Meditation

Join us for a four-part guided meditation series.

Are you curious about learning more about meditation? Perhaps you have heard about the physical and mental benefits and want to try or you have a meditation practice but it feels stale. Maybe you have stopped yourself: time constraints, needing more guidance, feeling like you have no idea where you should be going.

Do you want to learn more about your thoughts, feelings and  Do you want to feel connected to yourself in your meditation practice? It’s time to  find a deeper experience in your meditation practice.


The meditation series blends traditional guided mediation and spiritual awareness with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to take you on a deeper journey.  Each of the four guided meditation sessions, will take you on a meaningful passage into your inner landscape.  Exploring deeper aspects of the subconscious, nervous system, emotional centers while moving through more primal aspects of human connection. The process can help you connect with inner strength, empowerment and self-confidence while allowing you to explore your psyche. If you have pain, fear or sadness in your life, we will therapeutically touch on these experiences and begin the healing process.


The series explores spiritual connection with the self and includes four mediation voyages. We will retrieve and connect with your power animal, there will be an exploration of gifts from ancestors, we will take an expedition to meet your shadow self and we will investigate a tribal connection with directional guides of the earth. In most tribal traditions there are journeys into the inner landscape of an individual that allow us to connect with our biology as animals, but also allow us to discover what is in our dreams, hearts and souls and how this can connect with ancient tribal traditions. We all come from tribal origins and this series can reconnect you with your intuition, inner strength and human origin.


The meditations are designed to be accessible for beginning students to advanced students looking to deeper their practice. 


Research indicated that meditation can reduce anxiety, depression and stabilize moods with mindfulness techniques. Connecting with the body, emotions and thoughts  can produce more body awareness, emotional awareness and begin the process of working through tougher emotions. Overtime meditation can reduce physical illness such as high blood pressure, increase circulation, reduce risk of heart attack, increase ability to fight off disease and reduce insomnia.

Many cultures believe that humans have connections with animals. In these traditions there are ceremonial expeditions into the body and the mind that can lead to the discovery of strengths and deeper self connection. The power animal meditation blends the traditions of guided mediation with therapeutic body awareness to take you on a meaningful passage into the aspects of the subconscious, nervous system, and emotional centers while connecting you to your power animal.

The meditation was created by a clinical mental health therapist and is designed to be accessible for all student levels. If you are interested in learning how to meditate this is a great place to start. This meditation was originally developed for use with active duty military, first responders, trauma survivors as a way to connect with inner strenght, increase body awareness and feel empowered. This meditation has also been used with Phd students, CEOs and professional athletes. 

Research indicates that meditation can reduce anxiety, depression and stabilize moods with mindfulness techniques. Meditation can also help create connection with the body and produce more body awareness and emotional awareness.
