Tumbling+Flexibility Classes



Tumbling

Have you ever wanted to learn how to do a cartwheel? Maybe you want to work on
handstands or work toward a flip. Learn gymnastic tumbling basics and build your skills.
Try out our new four week series and hone your gymnastic skills. Learn somersaults,
handstands, cartwheels, walk overs and other combinations. Adult beginning tumbling
classes in Bozeman are a great way to challenge yourself.



Flexibility and Mastering The Splits
Are you working on your flexibility but find yourself getting stuck? Join us for flexibility and
tretch classes that are designed to help you gain flexibility. Classes include dynamic warm-ups
to ensure safety and increase circulation to aid with flex training. Any level of experience can jump in, class is designed for all levels of student and modifications are given.  Class includes work on hip flexors and hip joint, leg muscle groups, lower, middle and upper back flexibility
and opening shoulders, chest and neck. Class is great for dancers, athletes and students
who want to gain flexibility.


These classes are for adults-only. If your child is interested in aerial, we would
love to see them in class for Kids Aerial Yoga or Kids Aerial GLOW Yoga!
